History and human evolution has repetitively guided that mind power increases under optimum stress and a continuous focus on task. In a struggle to have a normal day life against communal or ethnic violence, every individual's suffering in collection upgrades the threat level from individual illness to epidemic.

Every affected individual will aspire to peace, heal internal wounds and be a part of community healing but some embrace revenge as an healing tool to destroy the pests causing social issues but revenge is a selfish painkiller cure not a thorough recovery and protection against next generation cockroaches in societies. This harming tool and future cockroaches challenge the prevailing system against its immunisation and fire fighting capability to tackle threats upon societal harmony, human rights and child protection. Let the police,soldiers of peace pop out and stop the rise of killing human machines or communal rioters. Every corpse is obviously a son or daughter or husband or wife or brother or sister of someone. Pain of loss against one human being cannot be and will not replaced by the loss of 100 humans or even the other way it is an irrecoverable human disaster. Education has to make an individual civil and humane because how could we progress if there is greater probability of death or injury every day. Every child need not become Abdul Kalam, Vivekananda, Mother Theresa, Mahatama Gandhi and other irreplicable peace creators but every child should be ought to learn to cultivate peace. Children are expected to become scientists, doctors, engineers, business men and what not. Professional progress seems to be a pathway to financial freedom and authority over their needs and is it not one way transaction.
Education or profession will be achieved through social support to some extent but will their be an accountable repayment to the society from individuals other than taxes. Self obsession, insecurity against career and lack of confidence in community offering have diluted the heart and mind of a child in becoming civilised, unbiased and a master of peace.
